One hour

I´m sure most of you are familiar with Antony Gormley´s 4th plinth project at Trafalgar Square/London.

This summer, sculptor Antony Gormley invites you to help create an astonishing living monument. He is asking the people of the UK to occupy the empty Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square in London, a space normally reserved for statues of Kings and Generals, in an image of themselves, and a representation of the whole of humanity.

Every hour, 24 hours a day, for 100 days without a break, different people will make the Plinth their own.

Last night, my good friend Alice Osbourne had the pleasure to go up there at 4am, hula hooping and reading out Thank you´s that people have sent her within 12 hours (she only found out yesterday 11am).

She´s amazing and it is really heart warming to hear how many people like to thank their loved ones or special people/things they come across every day.

It´s definitely worth watching.
